Carol Francis-Jubert RD, MS, LN, CDE
Carol is a registered dietitian for over 25 years,and the founder/inventor of Portion Doctor's Health Kits. Recently she worked as Liver, Kidney, Pancreas Transplant Dietitian and Instructor of Nutrition for Mayo Clinic. Prior to moving from NJ, Carol worked as an Oncology Dietitian with Atlantic Health Systems, Private Practice Dietitian for Paramount Medical Services and Community Nutrition Coordinator. She has provided nutrition services to medical and hospital practices, patients and major corporations employees. Carol received her B.S. Degree from University of Delaware and M.S. Degree from Hunter College, NYC. She completed an internship and graduate work at Emory University School Of Medicine. carol@nutritiondialogue.com

Karen E. Duffy RD, MS, LN, CDE
Karen is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes educator who for over 14 yrs, worked at Mayo Clinic providing individual and group nutrition counseling. As an Instructor Of Nutrition for the Mayo College of Medicine, she has prepared over 75 interns for dietetic practice. Prior to moving to Florida, Karen worked at Nyack Hospital in New York, provided health and wellness community programs and taught nutrition as an adjunct professor at SUNY. She received her B.S.
